Your local Subway will no longer be allowed to reject digital coupons!

Effective Dec. 28, 2023, all restaurants are obligated to accept and uphold digital programs and promotions, including loyalty rewards and digital discounts. Subway further states that loyalty incentive programs, meant to attract new members, are compulsory and will not be reimbursed.

• Subway franchisees have been able to opt out of deals made through the chain’s app.
• Starting December 28, the chain is forcing franchisees to honor all digital deals.
