Official Stamp Price Increase: Here’s the New Cost
The United States Postal Service has officially increased the price of First-Class Forever Stamps from 68¢ to 73¢. In addition, USPS has increased the cost of metered letters, postcards, and international mail by almost 8%.
The Postal Service is planning to make changes to the prices of Special Services products, such as Certified Mail and money order fees. Post Office Box rental fees will not be affected, while postal insurance costs will be reduced by 10% for mailing items.
