If you purchased Deep River Brand potato chips labeled “Non-GMO Ingredients” between February 2, 2017, and December 6, 2024, you may qualify for a cash payment of up to $10 (no proof of purchase required).

Payment Details:

• With proof of purchase: $5 for the first product, $0.50 for each additional product (no cap).
• Without proof of purchase: $5 for the first product, $0.50 for each additional product (up to 10 additional products, $10 max).

How to File Your Claim:

1. Visit Potato Chips Settlement Claim Form.
2. Complete the form by July 28, 2025.
3. If applicable, attach proof of purchase for unlimited compensation.
